How much is shipping?
We are delighted to be able to offer a flat shipping rate of $5 anywhere in the US, regardless of how many products you order. Look out for our free shipping events by following us on Facebook or Insta!
Do you ship internationally?
We can deliver to most countries but there will be additional charges for postage and possibly taxes. The shipping rates will be calculated when you check out and are based on what you have ordered and the country you are sending it to.
When will I know my order has shipped?
We will work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as we can. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know it’s on its way.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as we can and because we manufacture ourselves, we aim to ship 48 - 72 hours after you have placed you order, just add 3-5 days for delivery.
Is there a way to get my order faster?
Yes, we know you are busy and may have left ordering that gift a little late, we have all been there. Express shipping will be calculated when you check out and is based on where you are sending and what you have ordered.
What is your returns policy?
Our products are individually made for you, so we do not offer a refund – We check all our products for quality before they leave us but in the case that we miss something we will be happy to send a replacement. Just contact us and we can help you.

Absolutely nothing! In this crazy digital world, we know how important your data safety is, so we never share your details with anyone.
Is my card info safe?
Great question, you can never be too safe when it comes to your money. Our website provider is PCI compliant, so we never store any credit card information.
Can we order more than one of the same product?
Of course, we know when you get that perfect design you may want to order multiple copies for family and friends. Just use the quantity button to order as many of the same product as you like.
Will my order look the same as on my screen?
All our products are hand made using a manual printing process which make them truly unique. Small imperfections and slight color variations reflect the personalized manufacturing process and individual nature of each product. We believe this adds to the uniqueness of our products and sets them apart from mass produced products.
Do You gift wrap?
We sure do, gift wrapping comes at an additional $3.95 and can be added during the checkout process.
Do you support Wholesale orders?
Love our products but have your own designs you want to sell; we totally get it. We have a number of ways we can work together to help support your own growing business with reasonable wholesale pricing, fast turnaround times and even shipping directly to your customers. Fundraising FAQ’s
Tell me how it works?
It's simple. Your child draws their artwork on a plain piece of paper (or on our free template, which you can download here). Parents upload a clear photo of the drawing through our website, choose their product, and we handle the rest — printing, quality checking, and shipping directly to the parents, usually within 1–2 weeks.When parents place their orders directly on our website using your unique code to link their order and you get 20% profit of every product they buy.
There’s no collecting orders, sorting out money, separating products or marking off lists for delivery. We deal directly with the parents and you just watch your fundraising dollars soar.
How much does it cost to run the fundraiser?
It costs absolutely NOTHING – In fact, there is very little effort on your part at all (we know you are busy supporting our kids). Simply register for your unique code, send the letters home to parents, and wait for your check to arrive in the post. It really is that easy!
How much money does our school or organization make?
You make 20% profit on every product sold and the great news is that this is ongoing – when parents come back and order again and again, as long as they enter your code, you will receive the profit. We suggest sending reminder emails each quarter to remind parents.
Can parents order more products after the fundraiser has finished?
That’s the beauty of this fundraiser, it never ends. All past orders are kept in our customers’ accounts so parents can reorder the same or additional products at any time, and you will continue to receive the profits for as long as they are ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 6–8 business days. We ship via standard carriers across the US. Expedited options may be available — select 2-3 days, 4-5 days or 6-8 days.
Can I use a photo instead of a drawing?
Yes. Any image — a photo, digital illustration, class photo, or team logo — can be transferred onto our products. Simply upload the image when placing your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — there is no minimum. You can order a single plate as a gift, or place a bulk order for a full school campaign. Pricing is the same regardless of quantity.
How do parents submit artwork?
After placing their order, they'll be prompted to upload a photo of the artwork. Use good lighting and lay the drawing flat to get the best result. We'll optimize and prepare the image before printing — no design skills needed on their end.
When is the best time of year to run a fundraiser?
You can run our fundraiser at any time of the year – it’s not a “one & done” program so the sooner you start, the sooner your fundraising profits start benefiting you. We do suggest resending a reminder out to parents quarterly and in September to boost your profits as they begin their holiday shopping.
What if we want to sell your products with our school logo on them?
No problem, we can set up a mini shopping site for you and your community and you just need to email them the link – contact us and lets chat !
What products can I put artwork on?
We print children's artwork onto dinner plates, bowls, mugs, mealtime sets, puzzles, clocks, tote bags, and more. Our most popular product is the high-gloss polymer dinner plate — it's dishwasher safe, food safe, and BPA-free.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our dinner plates, bowls, and mugs are all dishwasher safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack and avoiding harsh dishwasher detergents to keep the colors vivid for longer.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, or want to send to someone outside the United States, and interested in ordering, please email info@myartworkplate.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
